I have always been treated with respect and kindness by staff and the professional care given by Dr Jackson is second to none. One of the best GPs I have ever had.

Harcourt Medical Centre has convenient parking (run by the Council), easy access and a comfortable waiting area. There is a pharmacy on site. There is a spread of helpful GPs that use a effective IT system to maintain records and look up treatments. There are nurses providing specialist clinics. Appointments with GPs can be difficult to make - it is not unusual ring up promptly on the day to find all the appointments are already taken - strange since advance appointments are supposedly not available. No special arrangements for patients that work and would prefer early or late appointment. There is a backlog of 5 days for Nurses appointments for samples. Overall a good surgery which provides a competent service. Its advantages easily outweigh any disadvantages.
