The level of carelessness in this practice is honestly shocking. I had an appointment today and the doctor was extremely rude, wasn't even allowing me to explain my symptoms. I also mentioned that I am meant to have a medical procedure next week, and that's why my concern, she didn't advise me neither prescribe me with anything. She seemed even to be annoyed by doing her job. I don't get appointments because I don't have anything else to do, it's because I need them, being treated the way that I was, and the lack of professionalism is unacceptable. The past month, I also had another similar situation with another doctor, who was refusing to give me a referral for the medical procedure that I need as I am in a lot of pain, and my medical records proved that I was needing this. She was refusing to provide me with the right treatment. I honestly hope doctors in this practice think twice if this is the profession that they want to do. I come from a family of surgeons, I have never witnessed a doctor that doesn't care for a patient such as in here.
