Very poor, waited 3 weeks for a phone appointment, then they call me at 5.30pm, when I'm at work and can't talk, rescheduled in 3 weeks! No hope, the worst health service, 0 confidence. Health Care Commission PLEASE LOOK INTO their care! Patients suffering. Their website doesn't accept reviews!!!! Help!

The surgery is generally helpful. I would prefer to be seen by a doctor on the same day though if I needed to rather than the telephone triage service. My Dad lost me for a week when |I was in hospital and the receptionist at Hanham Surgery was very helpful and helped him track me down in the BRI.
