hi i had very bad experience with the receptionist every time i call the are not helpful today i spoke to ally who was not helpful refuse to put the call to the manager which i was waiting for the letter to be email to me i would not give any star to the practice

The Reception Team at Guru Nanak Medical Centre are really good. Meenu, Navmeet, Mrs Sagoo are valuable assets to the team. It's been difficult to get appointments over the phone due to diary release restrictions which is not great and becomes tough when one has to spend a long time waiting on the phone. The online services does not always work and has system errors.

Doctors here are very helpful they take time with you and listen to the problem you have come to see them about.

The receptionist was very helpful.

Botwell Medical Center give outstanding customer service and empathy towards patients. Always helpful with appointments and other services. Reception/Admin/Nurses and Doctors are amazing and we are blessed to have them. The Southall branch I use for bloods and physio and they are outstanding too, patient and caring and polite at all times. All my family members attend here and I’ve even recommended many of my friends to both branches who are looking for doctors in those areas.
