Ever time I call for an appointment I'm told its a wait of a month, this has happened many times and I called another local practice and was told id be seen in a week. The obvious disparity between two NHS surgeries speak volumes for patient care , and in my mind Gilbert road either need to lose some patients or get doctors that actually see people . This surgery is an absolute disgrace

  • I've even requested contact fromThe surgery manager , but alas I received zero contact so not only is my faith in this organisation depleted , but the fact that the care manager cares not one jot about the satisfaction of customers and blatantly buries their head i the sand regarding unsatisfied patients speaks absolute volumes about the practices ethics and directive. I for one will be leaving this practice , if it could possibly be described as such.

Put in a form as requested by Dr Crossly in Nov or Dec 2021 to be forwarded to Rebecca the mental health therapist. Called approximately thursday last week 3rd of march as i had heard nothing since forms had been put in. Explained the situation to person answering phone she told me there was nothing on my file. She said she would next see Dr Crossly on Tuesday 7th of March and would discuss it with her then and she would call me back on tuesday to explain what was happening. I gave plenty of time for call back before calling back on friday the 11th of March. I was then told that she had no idea why i didnt get a call back but that the Doctor had contacted the therapist on the 9th of March. When i asked why it had taken all these months for anything to have been done. I was told that i had to e mail the practice manager that she could find out what happened. But when i went online to find the practice managers e mail address i couldn't find and e mail address for her just her name. I am not impressed the contact is made because i need help. Things are just getting worse and nobody calls back and by the looks of things none of the staff are in the slightest bit interested. Looks like I filled out and hand deluvered the form for it to be ignored. Then ignored again by the person that promised me a call back on tuesday.

  • Above speaks for its self surely. You could have done anything at all would have been better than being ignored.
