The Service is super excellent. From GPs to Practice Nurses to Receptionists they are wonderful, friendly competent, efficient and reassuring, all one could ever ask for in a Surgery. Truly the best ever Surgery in London and visiting the surgery for treatment etc is a pleasure as opposed to an ordeal. Patients are treated like human beings as opposed to numbers and made to feel welcome by the friendly and efficient receptionists, Linda, Val, Kaki, Amir. Having a blood test is painless and the Nurse Sherry has a wonderful way of putting patients at ease. I feel spoilt for choice with the GPS, each of them has their own incredible way of dealing with patients on an individual basis. Dr Hussein, Dr Minhas, Dr Brown to name a few. I always feel being looked after to the very best and the surgery is so efficiently run by the Surgery Manager Billy who greets each and every patient like a friend. Where else could you get such a Surgery in this hurly burly busy London , Its a little gem of a discovery and although it is in my neighbourhood, it is very worth the travel to their surgery which turns out to be a pleasant outing and leaves you with the feel good factor. Long may they last, They are a Super 5 Star.
