Appreciate we are in difficult times but when you say you can’t walk surely that warrants an appt .

Less of an attitude on phone. If the patient is rude to them I can understand as I work with people too but if u arnt rude then why should we accept it .

I just wanted to say, that my husband and I had our COVID vaccinations this morning, and everything wasvery well organised. Well done.

Suggested improvements

Apparently I should have been given a timer when I went into waiting room after vaccination (my husband was). But there was a clock, so I knew when fifteen minutes were up.
