Lovely helpful staff, which is the main thing, and apart from the difficulties finding a parking spot nearby. I found them professional careful and the place is well organised clean and not too busy.

Absolutely disgusting customer care from the reception. I called to get a prescription and find who my doctor was. The receptionist was extremely rude and cheeky. I asked “hi can you help me find who my doctor is” and he went “no” and stayed silent. He then said “why don’t u help me find who my doctor is then”. The comments this man made was cheeky and not professional at all. Got put through to so many people and got through to an automated machine. I wanted to talk to the doctor about my prescription but they didn’t allow me to. Absolutely shocking
