Collingwood Surgery

I have had two appointments with Dr Brasse at Collingwood Surgery and on both occasions I have left feeling in control, well informed and overall very happy with my experience. Dr Brasse provided me with her time and allowed me to fully share my concerns, thoughts and feelings. She offered her professional opinion and provided me with facts around different treatments. I felt valued and truly believe she cares about her patients. Thank you Dr Brasse.

Took forms in to register, got chased out by the receptionist who was very rude. Their books are not full, they will not take anyone who is registered with another surgery in Witham under NHS UK they can not refuse for this reason. I tried saying this and got shouted at and told they only have half a doctor. Yes all GP surgeries are short staffed and underfunded but no need to behave like that. I had my son with me who has bad anxiety he had a panic attack after the receptionist finished shouting.
