E cause I was soo diss appointed with the service!

It’s simply impossible to get through to Reception at 8am which is when you need to ring if you want to be seen. I’ve been a patient here 15 years and it’s not improved. I just wish the phone system was better- everything is fine once you get to the surgery, but getting there is v challenging. I’ve currently calling on a loop for 36 minutes and still getting just the engaged tone.

The receptionists are very approachable, no dragons here.

Most of the time I can get an appointment. Staff are friendly and helpful.
