E cause I was soo diss appointed with the service!
- Morning telephone calls - start calling at 8 am after 40-60minutes loose the will to live & abandon the call ! Surely someone could have let me know the machine was broken as it broke done 16 March my appointment was 20 March

It’s simply impossible to get through to Reception at 8am which is when you need to ring if you want to be seen. I’ve been a patient here 15 years and it’s not improved. I just wish the phone system was better- everything is fine once you get to the surgery, but getting there is v challenging. I’ve currently calling on a loop for 36 minutes and still getting just the engaged tone.
- Please have a call back system or a queuing system. Even if I was told I was 75th in the queue and had to wait it would be better than having to ring back again and again and again.

The receptionists are very approachable, no dragons here.

Most of the time I can get an appointment. Staff are friendly and helpful.
