Have rang several times to book Flu vaccine for mother, only to be told they have not come in. They will be in, in 2 weeks time. However, when asked if I could book this in advance, told no. Also requested that a prescription be delivered to a specific chemist. Gave Code of chemist, address, and chemist name. Prescription was still sent to GP local chemist instead the the chemist specified. On another occasion I was put on hold and overheard 2 of the receptionist staff discussing another patients history and to add to insult, the receptionist didn't come back to me. I ended up hanging up after 5 mins wait.
