Bupa - The Smart Clinics South Kensington

It was generally a pleasant experience visiting the clinic & all the staff were professional and friendly. The treatment was pain free and helpful to my condition.

The clinicians are good but the reception and support staff are awful - the specialist I see here is supposed to write to my GP but it always takes lots of chasing on my part which sometimes means gaps in my medication.

Smart Clinics have demanded £50 to release my notes - patient blackmail. This clinic is being run by investors - not doctors - who's only interest is to maximise profits.

Overall the Smart Clinic in South Kensington is very welcoming and comfortable to be a patient in, the staff are great, I couldn't recommend it enough.

Very well done to Dr Vila and the team! I had a great experience at the dentist last week (you don’t hear that sentence very often!). Very efficient and professional diagnosis and I managed to book an appointment without any problems. Dr Vila is always very friendly and informative, talks you through the appointment and everything he does. You also have an option of noise cancelling headphones, which is always good for anyone who doesn’t like to hear the dental noise

I was able to get an appointment the same day and the doctor was very good at explaining my condition and what I needed to do to get better. Thanks you, I will be coming back!
