The service and reception at this clinic is shockingly bad. I called on Friday (2nd July) to book a hygienist appointment and was told by the receptionist that she would call me straight back to make an appointment as she needed to speak to the dentist. She never called back. Then I followed up on Monday (5th July)and was told by the receptionist that she had to speak to the hygienist and would call me straight back. After over 3 hours of waiting, I called back and was told by another receptionist that she will follow up and call me back within 15 minutes. Guess what, she never called back. Please stay away. They might have decent dentists but the practice lacks follow up and if you don't have the basic skills to call a client back, I would not trust them with anything serious. You will have to chase the for any answers and who has the time to do that.
