Brent Gp Access Unit Harness-wembley

As in the past and today (07/01/2014) from 0815 hours I was kept on hold for long time and after more than 3 times I manage to get appointment with GP at 1610 hours and again it was locum doctor and I have drowsiness problem on the right side when I turn right or sleep on the right side, on 15/12/2014 I visited A&E and till date I feel unwell to walk or sleep, all I get advice to carry with the same medication and I work in a kitchen on casual contract, it is risky to work in such health. Further more I am type 2 diabetic and even my diabetic appointment with the nurse or GP is not possible when I want since I work day time in central London and it is not possible to have weekend appointments, receptionist is always busy and have wait long in the waiting hall.
