Bannockburn Surgery

I have been registered with this GP practice for the past 16 years since moving to the Borough of Greenwich. During this time, Dr Sha and Dr Sabrina Ong have been caring for me and my family. I have never considered moving to another practice, as I have complete confidence and trust in the consistently excellent, efficient, safe, and effective care they provide. I feel very comfortable during consultations, particularly with Dr Sabrina Ong, who listens carefully, explains diagnoses and treatment options clearly, and always demonstrates compassion, professionalism, honesty, and dedication. As a family, we feel well supported, listened to, and treated with dignity and respect at all times. The practice demonstrates a genuinely caring approach. All staff—including the reception, administration team, nurses, and wider healthcare team—are compassionate, professional, and attentive to our needs as patients. Communication is always clear and thorough, and the doctors take the time to ensure we feel informed and confident in the care we receive. The service is responsive, with appointments managed in a timely and well-organised manner. Staff consistently make every effort to accommodate patients’ needs. In addition, the practice appears to be well-led, with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards, continuous improvement, and patient-centred care. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the consistently high quality of care we receive and am deeply grateful for the dedication and professionalism of the entire team. ( Queenne P.)

excellent surgery - have been with them over 30 years

This is not a place to go for the treatment. Blood pressure will reach high becz of the receptionist behaviour.

Always a polite , friendly and helpful manner from the receptionists and all staff at the surgery.
