By treating patients with care and respect rather than making them feel like they are in the way. Always feel rushed by doctors and today I was actually asked by the doctor what do I think is wrong with me! I found lumps and was extremely worried but was booked to see a nurse!! Obviously she knew nothing about what was wrong so I still had to wait for a doctor. Waited from 3:45 my appointment time until 6:00 to be seen and doctor could not be less interested in me. Felt completely lost in the end. This surgery is a complete joke. Not the first time I have had problems doctor failed to realise I was 5 months pregnant and sent me home I have lost all faith in this doctors. Today I have watched the nurse turn away a ill old lady for her prescription because the doctor was too busy to sign it then 10 mins later her drug addict friend came in making lots of noise for her prescription and the nurse Tanya went in and got the doctor to sign it!!! I am absolutely disgusted. Please anyone thinking of joining this surgery DONT! Please you will end up more ill than it's worth.
