Alma Road Surgery

Have been with this surgery on and off for 60 years, always had excellent treatment over the years, from Dr Lee to Dr Orde Hume . Sometimes now it’s hard to get an appointment, but you will eventually. Also many thanks to a guy on reception , Oliver, for sorting out a problem l had and even call me the next day to let me me know, all is ok , thanks.

Appointments are hard to get , but in an emergency, all is fine, Dr Od Hume is absolutely brilliant;has been for years thank you for what you have done for my family over the years.

The surgery has never got appointments, I have been trying to get treatment for a skin condition for months and I get directed to e consultation who prescribe medication without any 'consultation' which isn't even treating the condition. Today spoke to the receptionist Olivia, who was not helpful at all. Overall this surgery does not treat their patients right, any person contacting the surgery is in a vulnerable situation where they need medical treatment and staff are never considerate of this.

Most of the receptionist are very unhelpful , it’s not their job to decide if you need to see a doctor, they do not have a medical decree. Getting an appointment when you need one is impossible! Used to be a great surgery, has gone downhill in the last few years.
