Albany Practice

I saw nurse Joy today she made me feel extremely comfortable during my appointment and gave me all the information I needed to no before during and after. Would recommend nurse Joy she’s lovely.

In the past , the service was amazing, in last few years the service was deteriorating bit by bit now it's really really bad , medications are not prescribe properly by the Duty GP , u never get your old GP that been seeing you for years , appointments are very hard to get staff some of them are ok the rest of them are not helpful at all .... very unprofessional. Usually going the the Albany clinic to seek help and appropriate treatment from the doctors unfortunately not you get more stressed up and more panic keep coming the clinic more after to get an appointment or prescription, Morrison pharmacy say not our faults everything in the system, the clinic say we already send your prescription to Morrison pharmacy , you get more stressed upset and you end up without medications which is your repeated prescription you had it for years they don't care I'm not happy with the system at all , many Times i found my self in the intensive care at the hospital nearly past away cause of the mistake they do and they still do it Hope this Albany paractice will be better like before

Today at 3pm there are (according to the on-line booking system) NO GP appointments available for the next 2 weeks. Getting through on the phone is long winded and going in person to the practice is no more helpful. There appears to be some complicated process by which appointments are 'released' but nowhere is this actually explained. I find the reception staff brusque - which given they are probably totally fed up of trying to explain why there are no appointments available - is understandable. I try to avoid the practice for these reasons but have found the one GP I have seen to be helpful and approachable.

Horrible system..cannot get an appointment unless you book in advance and little to no options if you work during the day. Most doctors here won't check you but rather type on the computer or worse yet..use google to diagnose. Ridiculous

Impossible to get appointments if you are a working adult. Online system useless. Have only been to see a doctor once in 5 years, and she was a locum. Wish Heart of Hounslow still had walk-in GP clinics. Have resorted to seeing my Mum's GP as a temporary resident.

Dr Nathu is excellent .Responsive and approachable with good clinical skills.
