Abbey Medical Centre

My family and I have been going to abbey m/c for 17 years, it's a good practice.

The surgery seems to make a lot of mistakes with prescriptions. I have received someone else's prescription before, have needed medication urgently and had to borrow from a friend because the prescription was promised to be sent to my local pharmacy but when I arrived it hadn't been and the surgery was closed for the weekend by that time.

The Abbey Medical Centre originally was excellent, it felt like attending a private practice. Word must have got around because it is almost impossible to get an appointment, the receptionists can be rude, the phone system is overloaded. other than that - great.
