Lynne listened and was efficient and very pleasant. All of this was conveyed via two telephone conversations.. She telephoned me to confirm her actions in the referral she was making in order to get new equipment to which I was entitled. Very pleased with the service in these difficult Covid times.

Lynne was most efficient both on the phone and during her visit. She was understanding and knowledgeable and put me at my ease from the first minute, I would have no hesitation in contacting her should the need arise.

It's been really helpful to be in contact with this nurse via Whats App as well as speaking on the phone, as I have been able to send photos of my difficulty and she has been able to advise and recommend products to try. This has been a lot more convenient and less embarrassing than attending an appointment in person. She has been friendly and helpful and proactive in sending me samples to try and solve my problem.
