Hospital was clean and tidy. Great welcome from receptionists.
Nurses were very kind and explained all preparations for surgery. Plus kept talking as to take your mind off things.
Could not find fault with anything.

From initial contact by the hospital until discharge following my surgery I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. The friendly approach shown by everybody was most welcome and reassuring.

The hospital is great, the staff are friendly and i felt well cared for and listened too. I would recommend this hospital the staff and facilities were great.

Although a private hospital, the private cost of consultation and immediate treatment was, I felt, reasonable - they accept funded patients via private health insurance or from Benenden a mutual healthcare society.
