My care at Nuffield Hospital was amazing. At the time of surgery, I was 17 years old and I was extremely grateful that my mother was allowed to stay with me for the duration of my surgery day especially during covid times. I was treated so well both pre and post op. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff and I felt safe and well looked after the whole time. I have made incredible progress since my procedure and I cannot thank everyone enough for everything they did for me.

The care I received from the Nuffield staff was superb. From my consultant to the auxiliary staff everyone made me feel, that they were there to help me. The expertise and professionalism was second to none. The staff will do everything in their power to make your stay as comfortable as they can. I cannot praise these exceptionable people any higher. After 18 months of chronic pain from sciatica, within 24's I left the Nuffield with no pain, the treatment I have had is simply outstanding!

I have recently received care following surgery at The Nuffield, Cambridge. Everyone there treated me very well, all the staff were friendly, helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would happily attend there again, should the need arise.

I had a hip replacement operation at the Nuffield Cambridge on 2nd March and have nothing but praise for the care I received there. I felt fully confident in the standards of cleanliness and hygiene, particularly given the Covid pandemic. All the staff were kind, attentive and cheerful. They explained what treatment they were giving me and I never felt bad about calling them into the room to help. The food was great too! All in all I felt thoroughly rested and restored by the time I went home (after 3 nights).

At 55 years of age, I’m way too young to need replacement knees. But with hypermobility throughout my body, I was expecting it. Six months ago when I was told I would need a knee brace on my left knee, I was a bit vain about it. Then three months later my right knee was causing so much Pain, I didn’t know what to do with myself. Mr Melton agreed to replace both my knees.Here I am today, recovering from my second knee replacement. For the first time in a long time, we are planning a walking holiday for when Covid lets us out. In these times of pandemic, I could not have felt saver or more secure. As soon as I entered the Hospital and taken to the ward I was put at complete ease. All the nursing staff were very attentive and caring. It was a reassuring experience.
