Only visited on one occasion so far. Friendly and helpful check in. Professional staff also friendly and efficient. Comfortable waiting areas, hot drink available.

Great care shown by all staff especially the Irish Night nurse in early January when I had my hip replaced-she was superb, as well as the male day nurse I had.

I had a total hip replacement operation.
The nursing staff and doctors (Dr Habeeb) were kind and caring. My room was clean and of a high standard.
I received good post operation follow up care. The Ward responded to my telephone calls and provided helpful advice.
I was not provided with all the equipment I thought I'd receive at point of discharge, such as, a foam cushion and litter pick. I then had to order these items post discharge.

First class in every respect except for the Wi Fi which was non existent, very using to have to FaceTime immediate family

At all stages of my treatment at the Nuffield hospital I was treated in a very profession manner and the care and treatment I received was exemplary

I came for a consultations with Mr Laing, then pre op assessment.
Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Dot conducted my pre op assessment and she explained everything very clearly and thoroughly. She put me at ease and I felt very comfortable with her. I did not feel pressured at all to hurry things along, which can sometimes happen. Her and her staff were wonderful - kind and caring. Thank you
