Dr Vishal and his colleagues were fantastic with me. I felt very insecure about the scars on my face as a result of an accident, and thus lost a lot of my self-confidence in my appearance. Attending the clinic was an easy and pleasurable experience. The staff were friendly and catering to my needs. I felt listened to at every opportunity and given plenty of additional advice to take ownership for my skin recovery - involving creams and oils to use between attendances to the clinic.
