Prof New has been absolutely amazing with all aspects of my care with my health condition. He is super helpful and knowledgeable and has really helped me out over and above any standard of medical care I've ever had in the past. I cannot recommend him highly enough he really is and absolute legend.

I was very concerned about meeting Prof New after a referral from another endocrinologist. I had concerns about the speed at which I had gained a large amount of weight, partly due to medication I had been taking, and was worried about how he would respond to me. I’m afraid he had to deal with a lot of tears at the first few appointments but he was always extremely kind and helpful. He was very thorough in investigating other possible complications caused by my weight gain. With his expertise & support I have managed to lose a great deal of weight in a very short period of time, without the need for bariatric surgery. He has always shown concern for my fragile mental state and has been extremely supportive. He is accessible between appointments and deals with any concerns promptly. I would wholeheartedly recommend him for anyone in a similar position to the one I found myself in.

It was a pleasure meeting Professor New to discuss concerns of hypothyrodism. He was extremely personable and made the appointment feel unhurried. He answered my concerns with detailed yet understandable explanations. I received a prompt follow up to the appointment from John the same day and felt I had received great care. Highly recommended.

Just coming to the conclusion of my first annual review with John, and feel extremely well looked after, well cared for, well explained to. Speed of response by him, his secretary, and just as importantly those he has put me in touch with to follow up on things, has been superb. I have really liked the way John has remained involved even when he has called on a specialist input, to make sure that the whole patient experience is first rate. Thank you.
