Four weeks ago Mr Pollock removed a Basal Carcinoma from the inside corner of my eye. It had grown in a very awkward position above the tear duct. I was extremely concerned on several levels. I felt really apprehensive and worried about everything but he was very reassuring and patient. I never felt that my questions were trivial or that I was wasting his time.The procedure went smoothly and not only has Mr Pollock removed the growth successfully but the wound is barely noticeable, even after such a short time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, in the same way that he was recommended to me. I have seen various consultants over the years but Mr Pollock would now be my first port of call if required.
I received the same level of service and communication from his secretary, again she was incredibly helpful and kind.
