In August 2023 I dislocated my shoulder and underwent surgery in Nov 2023 at Nuffield Brighton for a large rotator cuff tear. Before the accident I was very active - boxing 3 times a week, CrossFit, running - after the accident I couldn’t raise my arm even to 90 degrees. I thought I’d never return to boxing.
I was very anxious about the surgery. Throughout the entire process, from my initial consultation to the surgery and post-operative care, Mr Phadnis and the team at Nuffield demonstrated excellence. At each appointment, I brought various questions, all of which were answered honestly, managing my expectations effectively, and with clear, detailed explanations.
