Mr Menon was very welcoming, professional, friendly, gentle and well spoken.
Absolutely superb service, could not do enough for me throughout the process. Was clear and explained everything and really put my mind at ease.
Hello Mr Menon
You performed my hernia repair 10 July 2023, and I write to sincerely thank you and your team and all the supporting nursing staff for an excellent and caring service all round, I came out of the building all smiles and in no pain at all……….. until the anaesthetic wore off the following afternoon......
I am delighted to advise that I weaned myself off the paracetamol after just 4 days, since I reasoned that an element of pain might remind me not to engage in even any light gardening which may have involved bending down and causing pain or a problem
After just 17 days, the scar is barely visible, the swelling minimal, and the bruising disappeared after 7 days, when I could then cough and sneeze without pain, let alone go up and down the stairs many times daily from upstairs office to downstairs client meeting room
Please continue your excellent work !
All good wishes
Martin Engleman
