Mr Lee, in mine and my mum's view, has nothing to improve on. He is the most caring, understanding, kind consultant you will ever met. He explains every last detail and nothing is to much trouble for him. I have so many medical problems, but since being under Mr Lee, myself and my mum, feel so reassured. Mr Lee is one of the best consultants we have ever ever seen. Please National Health give us more consultants like Mr Lee.

Dr Frank Lee is very friendly, very caring and such a great person as a whole. I’ve been cared and looked after by Dr Lee for many many years and he has been very helpful to me. I trust Mr Frank Lee very much and I would automatically recommend his service to anyone.

Today was a telephone consultation with Mr Lee due to Covid restrictions and precautions. The 1st thing Mr Lee said was 'Good morning Mr Jones, how are you keeping?' This may sound a small thing but it was very reassuring and showed an interest in me. I'd contacted RNOH Stanmore Urology department, Mr Lee being my Consultant, to raise some concerns I had about recurring UTI's. Mr Lee listened to me and there and then made a plan of action. Everything was explained to me fully and clearly and again he answered any of my questions knowledgably and not in 'doctor speak'. I have met Mr Lee at RNOH Stanmore outpatients appointments pre Covid and have always found him to be caring, engaging and polite. I would be more than happy to recommend him to anyone I know, excellent.

I had a very pleasant telephone meeting today with Mr Lee .We discussed the results of My urodynamics testing and the effectiveness of my oxybutin dosage .Mr Lee recommended Botox as my oxybutin dosages are not effective in stopping spasms, high pressure and leakage .Mr Lee explained the procedure very clearly ,I am Quite cautious of any more procedures and do not want to take the risk with any more ,but after mr Lee,s very clear and open explanation,I agreed to be put on the waiting ..I found my Lee,s manor very friendly and intelligently removed my fears .Thankyou once again to all the great staff at Stanmore for all the great work you do for spinal patients . Dr Lee is extremely thorough and appears to have great care for his patients wellbeing. He is practical but also sympathetic to the situation. He explains all the options available clearly.
