Mr Lee was very empathetic to my situation, explained the option I had and the pros and cons to them. I really felt he was listening and fully understood how I was feeling. I didn't feel rushed at all. He was very clear when speaking and ensured I understood everything you was saying before more on to another topic. Highly recommended.

My recent consultation with Mr Lee far exceeded my expectations. He didn’t rush through the appointment and I was surprised when I left to see that an hour had gone by. Mr Lee treated me with respect and took all the time that was needed to fully comprehend my rather complex situation. He listened to me, politely paused me when he needed to ask a question or make an observation and explained things to me when I needed clarification. It was refreshing to say the least. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

Mr Lee listened closely to my (multiple) concerns. His questions and answers were thoughtful, occasionally incorporating appropriate humour and levity. I was struck on two occasions how he protected my privacy: asking a nurse to leave the examination room, asking nurses to step away from the desk in the open reception area to speak discretely about my tests and follow-up. I was really delighted by Mr. Lee’s care.
