I had a telephone consultation with Mr Lee. Mr Lee very clearly explained things to me & my daughter in depth. He gave us opportunities to ask questions & took the time to answer everything. He was very knowledgable, kind, patient & courteous. He was very accommodating & gave us the time we needed.
