Mr Chang-Bon Man was a little late to my appointment - but I knew why when I had my sat with him. He took the time to really listen to me and then carefully explain what was going on with my jaw bone (post-radiotherapy treatment), it wasn't rushed and I felt comfortable, relieved, and fully understood what was saying to me.

I have been under the care of Dr Chang-Bon Man for almost a year now and he has been instrumental in managing my mouth cancer issue from initial diagnosis, various CT &MRI scans, biopsy, surgery and right through to the after-care check-ups. From the very outset, I felt I could trust his judgement and professionalism as he came across as very knowledgable and caring. During many hospital visits before the surgical procedure, I had cause to meet some other members of his team who all told me that if they were in my shoes, there would be no other doctor they'd rather have to operate on them. That made me feel that I was in good, safe hands. The good news is that my operation went very well with no side-effects and I can only thank Dr Chang-Bon Man and his team for the excellent way in which they operated and looked after me. During my frequent after-care visits, I find he has an easy, approachable manner and I feel that he does a very thorough job of checking things out in my mouth and around my neck to ensure that there are no further issues. On one such visit, I happened to mention to Dr Chang-Bon Man that I had a lump on my shoulder and although I didn't think it was connected to the mouth cancer, I felt a bit uneasy about it. Dr Man immediately arranged for me to have an ultra-sound scan which proved the lump to be nothing more than a benign lipoma. That was great service which eased my concerns and made a lasting impression on me. In general, I would like to add that the care and treatement that I have receievd from everyone at Addenbrookes hospital, including Dr Chang-Bon Man has been nothing short of first-class and I am truly, very grateful.
