From the very first appointment when Mr Agrawal had to tell me that I had cancer, I knew that I was in safe and caring hands. He has always treated me with kindness, respect and understanding. Keeping my breast was not a priority for me on initial diagnosis, but I'm so pleased that Mr Agrawal decided to do this particular surgery, as you really can't tell that I have had a quarter of my breast removed and reconstructed. Throughout my journey so far, I have received the best information and treatment and I know that he goes the extra mile for his patients - really fighting my corner when there was a shortage of beds and saying just the right things when I was anxious before and after surgery. His judgement is impeccable and you can tell that he is well liked and respected by the whole team with which he works. Despite finding myself on this pathway, I could not wish to have been in anyone else's care and consider myself privileged to be one of his patients. Thank you Mr Agrawal for treating me as a whole person - not just a patient with breast cancer.
