Dr Dua always has time to listen to any concerns you may have about the treatment and the aftercare. She always explains everything in terms that you can understand. She is a very talented surgeon and a very caring person. I only have a little problem but I do understand that we have to wait sometimes for two hours before we see her. I do not know the answer to this because some patients need extra time with her.
