Rachel gave me the body confidence I’d been searching for since my teens, and I’ve since launched a professional modelling career. I chose Rachel because of her skill and empathy, along with her choice of working with B Lite implants. Scarring is the main reason why I didn’t have implants years ago, but Rachel’s clean incisions (that a year on are near-invisible) make me wish I did this far sooner. Consultations: - Rachel was sympathetic, friendly and professional - I asked Rachel a lot of in depth medical questions and specifics re the implants; she always did the research and came back to me in detail. - Rachel measured my chest wall and other aspects (plus doing a CGI render) to ensure that the implants would suit my frame. Procedure: - I have a seizures condition and actually had a fit when the breathing tube was removed, but I was given the necessary care Healing: - Rachel came to see me personally after the surgery and reassured me that the implants would drop and settle (it’s quite a shock when you wake up!) - I had a slight reaction to the glue a few days after surgery but Rachel was always happy to see me for an impromptu check-up - I had an unrelated healthcare scare around 6 months after surgery and again, Rachel rapidly saw me in her own time to check the implants and also did some community research to make sure that they weren’t the cause of my recent illness. I have wanted this procedure since I was a young teen and have obviously done my research. You won’t find a better surgeon in the UK. The aesthetics of my new breasts suit me perfectly and despite choosing round implants, many people think my breasts are natural.

I am 3 weeks post op from having a tummy tuck, implants removed and a uplift. To say I am thrilled, would be a understatement!! Rachel fully listened to me and has gone above and beyond my expectations. My TT scar is neat and clean. My boobs are the perfect size for my frame, the scars and my look smooth. I had considered a breast augmentation for years and after completing my family decided to finally go ahead and start the process. I had a number of consultations with different surgeons, one of them being Rachel. Rachel came highly recommended to me and as soon as I met with her I could see why. She listens, takes everything on board and is very thorough in talking through options and setting expectations specific to your own body. She had an unrivalled understanding of the female form, which, along with her obvious expertise in her field, put me immediately at ease. On the day of my surgery, I was booked in and saw Rachel again for a final chat and to measure up, where she was once again a very calming and informative presence. All the staff at the BMI Alexandra hospital were brilliant, they couldn't do enough to help and the general environment is comfortable and welcoming. I wanted my result to look as natural as possible and I honestly couldn't be happier with the outcome. I'm now just over a year post-op and have had regular check ups to make sure everything's ok, the aftercare provided by Rachel and her team has been excellent. Overall, I'm so pleased I went with Rachel and I couldn't recommend her highly enough to anyone considering a cosmetic procedure.

After many years of deliberation I decided to have a breast reduction. I saw Rachel Holt for my initial consultation and knew that I had picked the right surgeon. Rachel made me feel totally at ease her kind and lovely nature made me feel less anxious about the whole procedure. I was fully informed at each step and she was contactable for any questions or worries that I may have had. The staff and nurses at the hospital were also amazing and on the day of my surgery I was made to feel totally relaxed. I would highly recommend Rachel and her Team (Beth her plastics nurse is equally as amazing). Thank you again for doing such a brilliant job and my renewed quality of life.
