Ros is lovely! Whenever I have spoken with her I have never felt like an inconvenience or as though I am taking up too much of her time. Even with written communication she normally gets back to you in under 36 hours. She is more than happy to answer any questions or concerns that you have about your condition or medication.
Ros' expertise in neurodevelopmental conditions is outstanding and she explains everything very simply but effectively, allowing me to understand my condition further and what options are available to help me manage it.
I would recommend her to anyone!
