Mr Hatrick was very professional, considerate, and had a first class manner with me. At first I was given non-surgical treatment however it wasn’t to be and Mr Hatrick carried out surgery after explaining everything clearly. Aftercare was first class and I am very pleased that I can return to a near normal lifestyle. H Holiness.

I was recommended to Mr Hatrick through a friend who had received great treatment for shoulder issue. I also had the same issue. Mr Hatrick had the first consultation with me and immediately knew what I needed to help with my shoulder problem. I am a fit and active person, but the shoulder issue had been going on for a year and I finally saw Mr Hatrick in February 2016. He explained everything to me, and agreed to undertake the Capsular Release operation. By April 2016, I was at Princess Royal hospital for day surgery. He attended to me personally, which is a great touch. He reassured me with exactly what he was going to do and he was totally professional. After the operation, he showed me exactly what he had done through some pictures, which were of a great help. The two post operative appointments were in a very timely manner and I believe my quick rehabilitation was down to the technical expertise of a great surgeon. I definitely recommend Mr Hatrick to anyone who has shoulder issues.

With grateful thanks to Mr Hatrick I now have a completely pain free left shoulder. Due to the amount of pain and discomfort I experienced I didn't think I would be 'fixed' so successfully . It has taken many months but the excellent care and treatments I have received have made for an excellent outcome. Thank you.
