I had a shoulder replacement performed by Mr Hatrick 12 months ago on the NHS. I cannot fault the process from the first appointment through to my recent 1 year follow up. I have a lot more use in my arm and am pain free. It was a very successful procedure.
My only suggestion would be to choose a different physiotherapist for the follow up. The physiotherapist I was referred to appeared to know little about shoulder replacement needs.
