Staines Lodge Dental Practice

The name this is listed under 'Stanes Lodge Dental Practice' says it all if the reception team have anything to do with registering the practice on this website. Obviously it should be Staines Lodge. The reception team are the worst I have ever come across. I lost count of how many signs there are - saying don't do this and don't do that! It's incredibly hostile and unfriendly. If you do, goodness forbid, interrupt them whilst they are gossiping with each other, you are met with dirty looks and the conversation still carries on! The only saving grace is that the dentists at this practice are good. Their reception staff are letting them down, left, right and centre and it needs to be addressed please.
