Clean and modern building, dental surgeons and nurses that are based there are very professional (different staff after 6pm and weekends for emergency treatment). Explain the treatment thoroughly and quite good for nervous patients. Reception staff really let the place down, very hard to get through, there is a voicemail system but they never call back, I once had an appointment booked and the day before received a voicemail for another client confirming their appointment not my own - breaking data protection surely? Dentists are good but it's hard to get an appointment and reception team need more training in my opinion.
