Great customer service,from initial contact over the phone ,my gueries and subsequent appointment was handled efficiently.I would happily give her 5 stars.

I saw a dentist at this practice a while ago called Ms Ericka Jahangiri. During checking my medical history she called me a snob because of where I lived and during the treatment criticised me for being overweight. This was while I was under her treatment. The treatment was painful and the dentist never cared when I put my hand up trying to tell her I wasn't numb and was in pain whilst she was drilling. I'm not sure why she was so personal with a patient! Strangely she tried to sell me treatments I neither wanted or needed after my horrible experience with her. I hope Oasis dental will look into their dentist's behaviour for the sake of other patients!
