Terrible dentists - all of them. Tried to overcharge for NHS work, refuse to correct mistakes they had made, filled/treated teeth incorrectly. Whole family left in the end to go elsewhere in Redditch where the service has been brilliant. Whole surgery is like walking into a derelict factory unit from the 1960's
