Suggested improvements
- Since Stewart Hawkins has left there is no sense of strong leadership. Keeley is much missed and although the locums are nice, continuity of care dental needs to be seen to. Teresa Yardley is an outstanding hygienist and gives an excellent service. Car parking is the main problem. The front car park is small and is accessed directly off the main Bristol Road. There is a car park at the back of the surgery, which cannot be accessed off the main road and again is difficult to enter and leave. Someone with no knowledge of the back streets would find difficulty in locating the back car park.
