Dental Surgery

Having some understanding and empathy for patients as well as equal rules in regards to appointments and them cancelling last minute etc their level of common decency let alone fairness and understanding is absolutely disgusting. Bad attitude towards medical conditions that patients have no control over and have been totally upfront about and require even the smallest and basic of skills to help the situation. Very unfair and they refused to see me and told me I am barred regardless of my personal and medical circumstances and the emergency in which I found myself having to call. Shameful excuse for an NHS dentist who have now put me in a worse situation and left me in agony and persistent problems which are causing me ongoing and daily issues. Very unhelpful even after me asking what I was supposed to do and where to go now that they have "barred" me.

Great treatment by Fred and his Dental Nurse, very reassuring and a fantastic Dentist. Whilst there isn't a receptionist, the staff who were around were very welcoming and happy to help.
