I chose this surgery because it accepted NHS patients, so I expect not to get stellar 1:1 service. My dentist is a nice woman but I always feel so rushed when there. I went for a check up a few weeks ago. I went in at 11.20 and at 11:24 I looked at my phone whilst paying for my check up. I don't think 4 minutes is very adequate to do a full assessment is it? She barely looked in my mouth at all. Is this normal?
