Scheduled an appointment to "have my teeth cleaned". My appointment consisted of getting an X-ray, having my teeth counted, then was told I needed to brush more, charged £20 and sent on my way. Not at all what I was expecting. I could have counted my own teeth... (I have private insurance and was willing to pay any fees charged for a cleaning.)
