Appointments are easy to arrange at a suitable time to me if arranged well in advance (which isn't a problem for me). Hygenist (Brenda Thomas) was very helpful, friendly and efficient as always, showing me any issues I had and how best to deal with them. She gave advice on flossing, the toothbrush I use and how I can improve my brushing technique to get to those difficult to reach places. I'm looking forward to my next appointment (not sure I've ever said that about Dental treatment before).

Appointment was on time (although it was 9am on a Monday). The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. The hygenist was very friendly and informative as always.

Booking an appointment took quite a few calls over a couple of days to get a response, but the receptionist explained that they were short staffed. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful both on the phone and when I arrived. The appointment was on time. I had a hygienist appointment and would happily give the hygienist a 5 star review, but cannot yet review hygienist's on this site. She explained how I could improve my brushing and flossing techniques very clearly and also explained what contributed to the build-up of scale, tartar and stains on my teeth. She was also very friendly and I'm sure would put any nervous patients at ease. I also had my teeth air-blasted ( sorry probably not the correct term) for the first time and it made my mouth feel really fresh. I'll do that again even though it is a bit more expensive.
