I was seen in urgent care by the excellent Millie Williams a physio, she diagnosed the problem and organised a referral onto the excellent Mr Nikos Pyrovolou who dealt with me today. A great credit to the NHS that the press runs down constantly.Wait time was less than I expected.

Its always a difficult time when you are diagnosed with cancer of any kind, but I cannot recommend or thank the Breast Nurses and Breast Care team enough for the efficient way in dealing with me. Thank you.

Both of my nurses were so lovely! Made me feel so comfortable, were polite and non judgemental. One was Vicky and one was a blonde lady with short hair and tattoos :)

I felt really comfortable and at ease in a non judgemental environment.
All the staff I seen (receptionist, nurse, other) were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I felt valued and didn't feel rushed. I couldn't have asked for better service.

For the carer question it was really more of a "not applicable" rather than anything negative.
I go to this clinic every 3 months for checkups and I've had all my jabs here (HPV, hep, monkeypox etc). Always found the staff to be excellent and extremely non-judgemental, which is really important in these services.
