Yesterday I’ve booked my appointment online incorrectly for today, as I needed coil removal and I put it as “symptoms”. One of the Receptionist was very nice to me and put me through for my emergency IUD removal as I explained to her that I have Pelvic Inflamatory disease and my GP told me to remove it. I didn’t have to wait for longer than an hour witch I was very pleased about.
My Doctor name Lorna who did my IUD removal was extremely helpful and supportive, she was funny, made me feel at ease, I enjoyed talking to her. She is very profesional and takes care of her patients. I’m very pleased with my experience at this clinic and I will definitelly recomment it to others. Thank you for the good service and care of your patients.
