This was the third time I had to visit the clinic in order to be seen. On the first occasion I arrived only an hour after they had opened and was told they were full to capacity so couldn’t be seen. The second occasion I arrived 5 minutes before they opened and was already behind 12 people. Because I Wasn’t expecting so many people to have arrived already I had to leave without being seen as I had to go to work.
On the third occasion I arrived and was treated well by staff. I enjoyed the online queue system that meant I could go and wait in a coffee shop. Without this I think I would have been raging because I had to wait 5 hours in order to be seen! Seen by a doctor who was lovely and very helpful. Unfortunately due to the 5 hour rate I wouldn’t recommend anyone to attend and will be avoiding it in the future.
